Cycle a Century 12 Week Program:
Start from 10 miles and build up to 100 learning all the basics along the way. If you are looking to commit to a fun group fitness program while learning to ride efficiently and safely, the century training is it. Get fit in 12 weeks with rides, clinics, drills, and fun. Your training group becomes your family and motivation while re-discovering Los Angeles by bike. Every training ride will start with instruction on a specific topic then head out for an adventure throughout the city and surrounding areas. This is for the beginner rider in good health who is up for an adventure. Riders must have a working bike and helmet. Road bikes with clip in shoes recommended. Group max- 20 riders.
Bike Basics 4 Week Program:
Kickstart your training with 4 personal sessions to learn the fundamentals of riding. Each session includes 90 minutes of riding drills and instruction.
Session 1 – Bike, form, and technique evaluation
Session 2 – Nutrition and cross training
Session 3 – Hill climbing and descending skills
Session 4 – Endurance ride and Road rules
