12 Weeks to a Triathlete:
Learn all the basics for your first Triathlon or Duathlon in this 12 week group program. We will go over proper form, technique, and gear for each sport. Learn the art of the fast transition, race day preparedness, proper sport nutrition, and break the fear of the open water swim. A base level in each sport is recommended. Training starts in Spring.
4 Week Tri Starter Kit:
Kick start your training with 4 personal sessions to learn the fundamentals of doing a triathlon. Get a basic evaluation of your strengths and weakness in each sport and receive a personalized training schedule for your designated race. Each 90 minute session will include a workout and instruction.
Week 1- Swim evaluation and technique
Week 2- Bike evaluation and technique
Week 3- Run evaluation and technique
Week 4- Cross training and race training program design
